Heavy Plant Fitter Full Time

*Key Responsibilities: *

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Plant
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Recycling Plant, Shredder, Shear, Scrap Handlers, Hammer Mills and Generators etc.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
* Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

*Skills & Experience Needed: *

* Minimum of NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Plant Fitter/HGV Fitter
* Strong problem-solving skill’s with the ability to interpret technical documents and schematics
* Excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* A valid manual driving licence is essential; HGV licence is an advantage but not mandatory
* Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks and work within guidelines and to set deadlines
* Excellent communication and team working skills
* Own toolbox and tools
* Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
* This position is predominantly van based/mobile across multiple sites

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + vehicle

Bonus after successfully passing probation period

Working hours: 07:00-17:00 Monday to Friday

Based at March depot but will need to be able to travel to other sites including Kings Lynn & Sutton Bridge

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
