Mud Club is a gaming-based therapy platform that supports neurodivergent youth through structured online programs, social groups, and community-driven experiences.

We combine gaming, technology, creativity, and strengths-based therapeutic support to help kids and teens build confidence, develop meaningful friendships, and strengthen social and life skills in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and strategic Brand & Digital Experience Designer to help shape how families experience Mud Club across every digital touchpoint.

About The Role

This is a hands-on creative role focused on designing engaging and thoughtful digital experiences that reflect Mud Club’s mission, energy, and community.

You’ll help shape the visual and digital customer journey across social media, marketing, web, onboarding, and brand experiences. From the first impression a parent has of Mud Club to the experience families have engaging with our programs, you’ll play a key role in how our brand feels, communicates, and connects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending branding, digital design, storytelling, UX thinking, and creative problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.

While the role is currently centered around marketing, branding, web design, and digital content, there is significant opportunity for growth as Mud Club evolves. Over time, this role may expand into greater ownership of the overall digital experience, including custom onboarding flows, member experiences, interactive tools, and future web or app-based experiences as our platform continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Marketing Design

• Design engaging creative assets across social media, web, email, advertising, and marketing campaigns
• Help evolve and maintain Mud Club’s visual identity across all touchpoints
• Create graphics, presentations, digital ads, landing pages, and promotional materials
• Collaborate on campaigns, storytelling, and creative direction

Digital Experience & Web Design

• Design website pages, landing pages, onboarding flows, and digital user experiences
• Help improve the parent and member journey across Mud Club’s digital platforms
• Create user-focused designs that are visually engaging, intuitive, and accessible
• Support ongoing website updates and digital initiatives using platforms such as Squarespace
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for mobile and web

Social Media & Content

• Create engaging social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and short-form creative content
• Execute and visually interpret content from Mud Club’s content calendar
• Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across all platforms
• Adapt content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels

Creative Innovation

• Bring fresh ideas that improve engagement, communication, and brand experience
• Stay current with trends in design, gaming culture, digital experiences, and social media
• Contribute creatively across departments and special projects
• Help build systems and templates that improve creative consistency and workflow

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, web, and social media work
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, visual hierarchy, and user experience principles
• Experience designing for digital platforms and modern web experiences
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Squarespace, Webflow, Framer, or similar website platforms
• Video editing or motion graphics experience
• Basic understanding of responsive web design and light CSS customization
• Experience working with gaming, youth-focused, or mission-driven brands
• Familiarity with online communities and gaming culture
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
