Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, managing the sales process, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, creating training materials, participating in client-facing activities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. The specialist will also contribute to expanding brand visibility and building long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities, providing tailor-made solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in Sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Training and presenting complex concepts in an understandable manner
- Experience in Sales Management, including team collaboration and strategy implementation
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges proactively
- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
