We’re hiring a Paid Media Account Manager at Offer Elevate.
This role is for someone who can manage client accounts, lead paid advertising strategy, communicate with clients, coordinate with the creative team, and drive strong results across multiple industries.
This is not just a media buying role.
You will be responsible for making sure client campaigns are moving forward, performance is improving, expectations are clear, and the internal team is aligned on what needs to happen.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client accounts across different industries
- Communicating with clients and keeping them updated on performance
- Leading client onboarding and setting clear expectations from day one
- Writing compelling ad scripts and creative concepts
- Launching and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Building paid ads strategy based on client goals, offers, audiences, and data
- Reviewing campaign performance and identifying what needs to improve
- Maintaining tracking, CRM, reporting, and client systems
- Coordinating with graphic designers, creative specialists, video editors, and internal team members
- Understanding consumer psychology and using it to improve campaigns
- Taking initiative and bringing ideas, solutions, and improvements without being asked
- Making sure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the work being done
The ideal person has experience with:
- Media buying
- Paid ads strategy
- Copywriting and ad script writing
- Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid traffic platforms
- CRM systems and lead tracking
- Client communication
- Team coordination
- Marketing psychology and consumer behaviour
- Reporting and performance analysis
- Taking ownership and being accountable for results
We’re looking for someone who is sharp, proactive, organized, and performance-driven.
You need to be able to manage campaigns, lead communication, work with the team, and think strategically about how to get better results for clients.
