Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Nilothi, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in telecalling and must be a female with a minimum education level of 12th pass. This full-time position requires working from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Making Outbound Calls**: You will be responsible for contacting potential clients and customers to introduce our services, provide information, and encourage them to make purchases.
2. **Handling Inbound Calls**: You will answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing excellent customer service.
3. **Maintaining Records**: Accurate documentation is vital. You will keep track of calls, update customer information in our database, and maintain logs of interactions for future reference.
4. **Target Achievement**: You will work towards meeting daily and monthly calling targets set by the management while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. **Providing Feedback**: Regularly report on call trends, customer feedback, and market insights to help improve our services and strategies.
Required Skills and Expectations:
– Strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
– Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling software is preferred.
– A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections from customers.
– Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
– A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve goals.
