Key Responsibilities
Portal Handling
Manage product/service listings on the GeM portal
Update pricing, specifications, and availability
Bid & Tender Management
Search for relevant bids/tenders on GeM
Prepare and submit bids
Track bid status and follow up
Order Processing
Handle order acceptance and processing
Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and invoicing
Documentation
Maintain required documents like invoices, contracts, and compliance records
Ensure all listings meet GeM guidelines
Client Coordination
Communicate with government buyers
Resolve queries and complaints
Compliance & Policies
Stay updated with GeM rules, policies, and changes
Ensure adherence to government procurement norms
Required Skills
Knowledge of GeM portal operations
Basic understanding of government tendering process
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail (important for documentation & compliance)
MS Excel / basic computer skills
