Hiring An HR Manager Who Can Handle It All Solo.
We’re not looking for someone to just fill a seat. We need an HR Manager who leads with passion, thinks creatively, and takes full ownership from hire to inspire.
📍Location: Ahmedabad
What you’ll own:
▪️End-to-end recruitment sourcing to closing, campus drives included
▪️HR branding, culture content, and social media presence
▪️Payroll, compliance, employee records & SOPs
▪️KPIs/KRAs design and performance management
▪️Employee engagement activities that actually engage people
You’re a great fit if you have:
▪️3-5 years of hands-on HR management experience
▪️Excellent English communication skills
▪️A creative mindset with love for modern HR practices
▪️Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude
▪️Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word especially)
