Concrete Finisher Full Time NEW

JPS Construction Group is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our commercial and industrial crews. We offer a wage premium on all industrial sites and keep our crews working year-round.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Finishing concrete with hand and power tools to the high standard our customers expect
• Reading site conditions and adjusting your technique to get the finish right
• Installing joints, textures, and final surface details
• Pitching in on job prep on some projects: formwork & rebar

What You Bring

• 5+ years of concrete finishing experience
• Confidently finish flatwork, curbs, and walls
• Ability to run your own section of the job and work well with the crew around you
• High standards for quality and safety 
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to travel out of town when a project calls for it
• Ability to pass site-required drug and alcohol testing

Nice to Have (But Not Deal-Breakers)

• Red Seal certification or equivalent experience
• Repair and resurfacing experience
• Comfort running a laser screed and power trowel
