Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and promoting suitable properties, facilitating property sales, and conducting thorough market analysis. The role also involves negotiating terms, providing tailored advice to diverse clients, and staying updated on market trends to ensure optimal property investments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and experience with Real Property transactions
• Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation
• Capability to provide Training and mentorship in real estate concepts
• Proven ability to build client relationships and provide personalized service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of luxury property markets is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
