Talent Coordinator Full Time NEW

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between [$45,000 – $48,000] annually, depending on experience*. This is a new vacancy.

This is a contractual position of 1 year. The role will be 3 days / week,

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards and working with the Plus Company Toronto Talent team, the person in this role is a close collaborator who plays a crucial role in managing HRIS systems, coordinating the new hire process, and collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data.

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience and manage varied tasks across different areas of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

HRIS & Employee Experience

• Coordinating new hire process as well as creating the employee profile in the HRIS
• Enter various data (promotions, salary increases, terminations, and more) into the HR system accurately and in accordance with established procedures
• Ensure accurate, timely and up-to-date employee records
• Administer some HR process such as the Referral process and Years of service program
• Provide day-to-day HRIS systems administration and support activities
• Act as an employee point of contact by answering employees questions in the Talent (HR) inbox

HR Data & Analytics

• Create HR reports (group benefits utilization reports, vacation management reports, etc.)
• Assist with reporting needs for the business (pitches, compensation surveys)
• Gather, summarize and report information in a clear and concise manner
• Assist in system audits, data maintenance, corrections, and testing to maintain data integrity

Centers of Excellence

• Support various HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Human Resources diploma or a related college certificate (a Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration) is an asset.
• 1 year of HR administrative experience (or equivalent administrative experience)
• Previous experience with HRIS administration, data management, or reporting is considered a strong asset.
• Must be highly organized to prioritize tasks, understand the urgency of deliverables, and meet timelines
• Must be able to work well in a virtual environment and be comfortable working with some ambiguity
• Payroll & HRIS administration an asset
