We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing social media platforms effectively. This is a full-time office-based position, and we encourage women to apply.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Develop Social Media Strategies:** Create and implement effective social media plans to increase brand visibility and engagement.
– **Content Creation:** Produce engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) tailored to our audience on different platforms.
– **Manage Social Media Accounts:** Oversee all company social media accounts by posting updates, interacting with followers, and responding to messages.
– **Monitor Performance:** Analyze social media metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
– **Stay Updated:** Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to keep the content relevant.
– **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with marketing, public relations, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The candidate must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A solid understanding of various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn is essential. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools is required to track performance. The candidate should be creative, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also important for success in this role.
