As an Assistant Manager, you are the bridge between the team and the General Manager—setting the pace, holding the standard, and ensuring execution is on point. If you bring energy, urgency, and accountability—and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—this is where you grow.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations to deliver fast, accurate, high-quality orders
• Drive strong guest experiences through energy, speed, and hospitality
• Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at a high level
• Lead shifts with a focus on execution, food safety, and consistency
• Assist in managing labor, inventory, and waste to protect profitability
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS execution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations seamlessly
• Step up and lead with confidence during peak hours and high-volume shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
