We’re hiring a Property Asset Manager to join our team in Manchester.

This is an extremely important in the business

You role will be to Manage a portfolio of properties and get them sold.

But more importantly, your job is to control the outcome.

You’ll be responsible for positioning each property at the right price point to generate the maximum number of buyer enquiries.

You’ll work directly with the sales team while staying in constant communication with clients who have their properties listed with us.

Your job is to guide, advise, and push clients into the strongest possible position to sell.

This isn’t a passive role, you’re actively influencing pricing, demand, and deal flow on a daily basis.

• Confidence managing expectations (especially around pricing)
• Ability to multitask and stay sharp under pressure

• 2+ years of sales experience
