Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Airport Representative in Kolkata who will assist travelers and ensure a smooth airport experience. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Assistance**: Greet and assist passengers at the airport. Provide necessary information about flights, check-in procedures, and airport facilities to enhance their travel experience.
2. **Coordination with Airline Staff**: Work closely with airline personnel to facilitate timely check-ins and boarding. Report and resolve any issues that may arise during the airport process.
3. **Information Desk**: Manage the information desk for passengers needing help. Answer queries regarding routes, schedules, and lost luggage efficiently and politely.
4. **Handling Documentation**: Assist passengers in completing necessary travel documents, such as boarding passes and customs forms, ensuring compliance with airline regulations.
5. **Problem Solving**: Address passenger concerns and conflicts calmly and effectively. Provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a positive atmosphere at the airport.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess good communication skills in English and Hindi. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Being a team player and demonstrating excellent customer service skills will be crucial in this role. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is expected.
