We are looking for Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Chandigarh, India. This role is suitable for individuals with 1-2 years of experience and requires a minimum of a 12th-grade education. Key Responsibilities:
1. **Passenger Assistance**: You will help passengers check in, provide boarding passes, and guide them to their gates. Your friendly assistance will ensure a pleasant travel experience.
2. **Baggage Handling**: You will manage baggage check-in and retrieval, ensuring luggage is correctly tagged and delivered to the right flights. Attention to detail is essential to prevent mix-ups.
3. **Safety Checks**: You will conduct security checks on luggage and passengers, ensuring compliance with airport regulations. Your vigilance will help maintain a safe environment.
4. **Customer Service**: You will respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, such as flight delays or cancellations. Excellent communication skills are crucial in providing effective support.
5. **Coordination with Airlines**: You will communicate with airline staff to coordinate flight schedules and any changes that may occur, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
