We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to support our growing portfolio of brands through impactful visual design and digital experiences.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Graphic & Web Designer with a strong eye for design and experience building and maintaining websites using platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Framer, or similar CMS tools. The ideal candidate combines creativity with practical web and UX knowledge and is excited to work across multiple brands and industries in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, signage, branded collateral, and other visual assets
• Create visually engaging website layouts and assets aligned with brand standards
• Build, update, and maintain websites using WordPress, Squarespace, Framer, or similar CMS platforms
• Apply basic UX/UI principles to improve website usability and customer experience
• Optimize websites and content for mobile responsiveness and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams on branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and website updates
• Ensure consistency across all visual and digital touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across various brands and business units
• Assist with ongoing website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or web design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent design tools
• Experience building and managing websites using WordPress, Squarespace, Framer, Wix, or similar CMS platforms
• Understanding of basic UX/UI design principles
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and web design work
• Knowledge of responsive web design best practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Framer is considered a strong asset
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience supporting multiple brands or business divisions
• Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience is an asset
