Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Owner position located in New Brunswick, Canada. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing business operations, delivering leadership, and ensuring the alignment of the organizational vision and goals. Key tasks include planning, strategizing, decision-making, and resource management. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Owner will identify growth opportunities, manage team performance, and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive organizational success.
