Key Responsibilities:

2. **Customer Service**: Provide assistance to passengers with inquiries, direct them to the appropriate facilities, and address any concerns they may have. Your friendly demeanor will be vital in making their travel experience pleasant.

3. **Luggage Handling**: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage onto and off of aircraft, ensuring all items are handled safely and efficiently. This involves coordinating with other ground staff to minimize delays.

Required Skills and Expectations:
