The specialist Restructuring, Advisory + Insolvency practice provides partner-led solutions across fraud investigations, distressed regulated financial services, trading administrations, and complex liquidations, offering a highly visible platform where senior leaders directly impact corporate growth.
Responsibilities As an Appointment-Taking Director, Corporate Restructuring + Advisory you will:
Act as a formal appointment-taker across a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency and advisory engagements.
Originate and develop new restructuring instructions through an established network of banks, asset-based lenders (ABLs), private equity houses, and legal professionals.
Lead complex advisory assignments, overseeing case strategy, risk management, and statutory compliance to the highest professional standards.
Collaborate closely with the existing national Partner group to inherit and manage prominent client and introducer relationships as part of a formal succession plan.
Drive the firms brand presence and profile across the Manchester and wider North West corporate finance and restructuring market.
Mentor, develop, and inspire senior managers and future leaders within the close-knit regional team.
