Role Description
The Operations Analyst will play a key role in helping the company track performance, optimize operations, automate workflows, and improve internal processes through data and technology. This person will work closely with leadership and operations teams to transform operational data into actionable insights and scalable systems.
This is not a traditional reporting-only role. We are looking for someone who understands operations, thinks analytically, and enjoys solving real business problems using data, automation, and AI tools.
Qualifications
*Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor occupancy, revenue, operational performance, and company KPIs
*Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement
*Develop and maintain reliable KPI tracking across departments
*Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and structure data from operational systems and databases
*Use Python and automation tools to streamline repetitive workflows and reporting tasks
*Support integrations and data flows between platforms our BI systems
*Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot inconsistencies across reports and dashboards
*Work closely with leadership and operational teams to support data-driven decision-making
*Contribute to process optimization initiatives using automation and AI tools
*Document workflows, reporting logic, and operational processes when needed
Requirements
*2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Operations Analytics, or a related role
*Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation
*Proficiency in SQL and ability to work with structured databases
*Experience using Python for automation, reporting, or data transformation
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
*Background in Hospitality or Real estate is a big plus
