The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day management of the College’s social media channels, website content, internal communications and media relations, ensuring a consistent and professional approach across all platforms. Working closely with colleagues across the College, you will create engaging written, photographic and video content, develop communications campaigns, and support the effective delivery of key messages to students, staff, Fellows, alumni and prospective applicants.
You will also play an important role in supporting the College’s strategic communications activity, identifying innovative and effective ways to reach target audiences and raise the College’s profile. The role includes responsibility for responding to media enquiries, maintaining brand consistency, coordinating communications activity across departments, and developing a regular programme of digital content and social media engagement.
We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong digital and social media experience, and an eye for engaging content and design. Experience of website content management, video creation/editing, and stakeholder engagement would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be confident working independently while building strong working relationships with all departments.
