About the Role

You will work on enterprise-grade AI solutions involving:

• Agentic AI workflows
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vectorization & tokenization
• Real-time data analysis
• AI-powered report generation
• Compliance-aware AI architectures

The project involves integrating AI capabilities into a pharmaceutical manufacturing ecosystem with strict GxP regulatory requirements and real-time industrial data streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML models and intelligent agent-based systems
• Work on RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and tokenization strategies
• Build AI-powered summarization and report-generation workflows
• Integrate Python AI services with enterprise applications
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams across React, Java APIs, and cloud/on-prem systems
• Optimize AI workflows for low-latency and scalable performance
• Ensure privacy, governance, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) compliance standards
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical validations
• Work with Amazon Bedrock and modern LLM ecosystems

Required Skills
Strong Knowledge In:
