Operations Manager – PRYCO Global Inc.
PRYCO Global Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to help improve and manage day-to-day operations as we continue to grow.
We are an Alberta-based engineering and project management firm specializing in Facility Condition Assessments (FCA/BCA), Environmental Site Assessments, and construction project management across Western Canada.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on operations role focused on improving coordination, organization, and efficiency across field and office teams. You will work directly with leadership to support project delivery and help build stronger operational systems as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve daily operational workflows
- Coordinate field teams and project scheduling
- Help implement SOPs, templates, and reporting systems
- Improve communication between field and office teams
- Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements
- Assist leadership with day-to-day operational tasks
- Help improve consistency in project delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience in operations, construction, engineering, consulting, or project-based environments
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Ability to manage tasks, people, or project workflows
- Hands-on, reliable, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
