About The Position
This is a full-time / part-time position, reporting to our Lead Concierge. We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Highrise Concierge to join our team at one of our prestigious locations. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service our residents expect. We are a 24/7 company and may require your schedule to work holidays. The mission of this role is to be a friendly face, visible to the community, showing presence and reassurance that the property is safe and well maintained. This role will assess a positive attitude and be proactive.
Requirements
- Must reside near South Palm Beach
- Availability to work (specific days) per week, with the possibility of overtime
- Prefer 1 year of customer service experience
- Physical – sitting and standing
- Conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- On-call availability
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Greet patrons, residents, and scheduled guests and lead to appropriate areas or person
