Female – Urgent Requirement For Tele Marketing Executive Full Time

Tender Palm Super-Speciality Hospital is hiring a dedicated and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive (Healthcare) to manage patient communication, leads conversion, and convert enquiries into appointments. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat while ensuring excellent patient experience.

Candidates must have strong English & Hindi communication skills and prior experience in healthcare voice processes or telesales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion

Make outbound calls to patients/leads enquiring about OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and treatments.

Follow up on leads from social media, website, Google, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.

Provide accurate treatment information and guide patients through appointment booking.

Convert enquiries into confirmed consultations and procedures.

Inbound Patient Handling

Attend calls from domestic and international patients.

Provide clear, professional, and helpful responses.

Maintain proper documentation of all interactions.

Multi-Channel Communication

Manage patient queries through calls, email, chat, and WhatsApp.

Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient support.

Customer Service & Relationship Building

Understand patient concerns with empathy and patience.

Maintain a polite, confident, and positive communication tone.

Ensure high patient satisfaction and trust-building.

Work Schedule

Night Shift & Morning shift on Rotational basis

Language & Communication Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English (Mandatory)

Fluent Hindi communication

Experience Required

Experience in telesales, telemarketing, counselling, or healthcare front desk

Healthcare industry experience will be preferred

Graduate (Any Stream) – Mandatory

Comfortable handling high call volume
