Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located at Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for all visitors. Their duties will include assisting customers, coordinating with internal teams and handling queries. Requirements:

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and address customer needs effectively
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and courteously with visitors, guests, and team members
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a customer-first mindset
• Prior experience of 3-5 years in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality roles is advantageous
