We’re currently hiring a licensed Real Estate Administrative & Marketing Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations, listing launches, client experience, and marketing execution behind a fast-moving Toronto real estate business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, loves organization, has strong creative instincts, and genuinely enjoys making things happen behind the scenes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Coordinating listings from pre-market to closing
• Managing schedules, timelines, paperwork, and transaction administration
• Communicating with clients, agents, photographers, stagers, trades, and lawyers
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and listing launches
• Creating and organizing marketing materials, reels, stories, and digital assets
• Maintaining CRM systems and client databases
• Helping ensure every listing and client experience feels polished, intentional, and elevated
• Providing general operational support in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
WHO YOU ARE
• Licensed with RECO (required)
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Social media savvy with a good eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
• Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, Canva, Instagram, MLS/REALM experience preferred)
• Someone who takes pride in doing things properly — even the small things
BONUS POINTS IF YOU…
• Have photography, video editing, or graphic design experience
• Understand luxury branding and modern marketing
• Have experience in Toronto real estate administration
• Love systems, efficiency, and improving workflows
THE ROLE
• Full-time
• Toronto-based
• Combination of in-office, remote, and on-site work depending on the day
• Compensation based on experience
