We are seeking a motivated and friendly Tele Counselor to work part-time from home in Muzaffarpur. As a Tele Counselor, you will guide and support students in their educational journey and assist them in making informed decisions about their courses.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Counseling Calls**: You will make and receive calls to discuss educational options with students, answering their questions and helping them choose the right courses for their goals.
– **Information Sharing**: Provide clear and accurate information about various educational programs, admission processes, and any other relevant details to students and their families.
– **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular contact with potential students to follow up on their queries and encourage them to enroll in suitable programs.
– **Record Keeping**: Keep detailed records of your interactions with students, noting their interests and concerns to improve your counseling effectiveness.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a minimum education level of 10th grade. Freshers are welcome to apply, making this a great opportunity for those new to the workforce. Excellent communication skills, especially in speaking and understanding Hindi and English, are crucial. You should be friendly, patient, and empathetic while engaging with students.
