About The Team & Business Line
The Marketing team is responsible for Citco’s brand and corporate communications, serving various enterprise needs across The Citco Group of Companies. We craft and create everything from whitepapers, event materials, social media content, newsletters, email communications, business development assets, PowerPoint decks, graphics and more.
The Marketing Intern will contribute fresh ideas, create content, and research industry trends. Interns work collaboratively on teams to conduct research that improves our brand, communications, and strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, the ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brand marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in working cross functionally across different teams, such as Digital Product Design and Client Experience on high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives
- Coordinate deliverables for projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing
- Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports
- Handle inbound requests from vendors, brokers, partners, customers, and clients
- Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity
- Collect performance metrics to measure progress
- Craft messaging for internal communications as well as assist our social media team for external communications

- Prior collaboration or personal project management experience
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends
- Proven aptitude in seeking creative solutions to multi-faceted challenges
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Canva and Figma an asset
Salary Range: CAD $20/hour
