The role provides subject matter expertise for the Leadership Development program, including oversight of design, development, and delivery, while also collaborating on performance management, learning and development, talent assessment, succession planning, and employee listening.
The Talent & Development Partner translates talent priorities into clear, consistent processes, tools, and resources, and uses data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. The focus is on ensuring programs are credible, usable, and effectively support leaders, employees, and the business.
