Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (DE preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Experience conducting evaluations (Initials experience a plus)
• Understanding of current school psychology practices, assessments, and IEP processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Complete an average of 3 evaluations per month (majority Initials)
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
• Prepare and present findings at eligibility and IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all state/federal regulations
• Engage with students, educators, and parents to create positive learning environments
