Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and internal teams
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and client communications
- Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct online research and compile summaries and reports as requested
- Manage and maintain digital files, records, and databases
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle all sensitive information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
