Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Construction Workers to join our team in Malad East. As a Construction Worker, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining structures. This full-time position requires physical strength, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Material Handling:** Assist in receiving, organizing, and transporting materials on site to ensure that all necessary supplies are available for construction activities.
– **Site Preparation:** Help prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and assembling materials, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
– **Construction Tasks:** Participate in various construction tasks, such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, and loading or unloading materials, following instructions from supervisors and experienced workers.
– **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines on the site to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of yourself and your teammates.
– **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other crew members and follow directions from more experienced workers and site supervisors to complete projects effectively and on time.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and ideally possess 0 to 3 years of experience in a construction environment. Physical stamina and strength are necessary, as the job requires lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is beneficial. The ability to follow instructions and contribute to a team is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
