Operational Oversight: Coordinate the turnaround of flights, ensuring aircraft are serviced, cleaned, and loaded according to Leadership: Supervise ramp agents and contractors, delegate tasks, and provide coaching on proper ty & Compliance: Enforce company, airport, and TSA/government regulations, conducting safety checks on aircraft before o/Baggage Management: Oversee the loading/unloading of cargo and baggage, ensuring accurate scanning to prevent left-behind pment Operation: Monitor the use and maintenance of ground service equipment (., tugs, belt loaders).Documentation: Verify weight and balance data with load control to ensure compliance.
