About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Liaison in Madison, Alabama. This is a field-based hospice sales and relationship development role focused on territory growth and referral management. The position involves an established local territory with opportunities to expand referral partnerships and account relationships. Requirements
- Recent hospice or healthcare sales experience REQUIRED
- Existing local referral relationships REQUIRED
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills REQUIRED
- Comfortable working independently in field-based environment REQUIRED
- Strong territory management and communication skills REQUIRED
- Commitment to mission-driven hospice care REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Build and manage hospice referral relationships throughout assigned territory
- Grow and maintain existing account relationships within local healthcare market
- Develop new referral partnerships supporting hospice admissions growth
- Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams during patient transitions
- Utilize CRM-supported workflow for territory and referral management
- Represent organization within healthcare community and local market networks
