As a HGV Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Planning your collection routes, including your own start and finish times
Collecting a variety of units in differing conditions across the UK
Completing pre travel safety checks to minimise risk
Carrying out depot to depot transfers when required
Accurately completing all paperwork
Liaising with customers at collection points.
As a HGV Class 1 Driver, your experience will include:
A full HGV Class 1 (CE) licence
Valid and current DIGI and CPC cards
Knowledge of drivers’ hours and regulations
Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
Experience delivering excellent customer service
Proven experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver , ideally in a role involving autonomy.
