Order Management & Coordination
Receive, confirm, and accurately process customer orders in SAP.
Schedule production and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Track orders and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Customer Communication & Support
Engage with existing customers via phone, email, and video calls to understand needs, answer questions, and provide order details and status updates.
Resolve order issues, discrepancies, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Documentation & Reporting
Manage and maintain customer documentation including purchase orders, invoices, credits, and debits.
Maintain accurate customer records, update databases, and report on sales and order-related activities.
