We are seeking dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Kanpur. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the aviation industry. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Check-in Assistance**: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring all documents are in order and luggage is tagged correctly.
2. **Baggage Handling**: Safely load and unload luggage, ensuring it is delivered to the correct aircraft and returned to passengers as needed.
3. **Customer Service Support**: Address passenger inquiries and concerns, providing information about flight schedules, gate changes, and general airport services.
4. **Safety Compliance**: Maintain a secure and safe environment by following all airport safety regulations and protocols.
5. **Coordination with Airlines**: Communicate effectively with airline staff and other ground personnel to ensure smooth flight operations.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi. A friendly demeanor and a commitment to customer service are essential. You should be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of airport operations will be an advantage, though not mandatory.
