Pay Rate: $20.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support visitor management and access control processes in accordance with site protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and assisting with security-related requests while demonstrating professionalism and strong attention to customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
