Installation manager (Must be an Electrician)
(Management of up to 5 teams)
Recruit and manage teams of installers, planning and delivery, organising logistics, management of installers and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, in budget and in line with contractual obligations.
Responsibility for promoting health and safety.
Manage the installs including pre-start planning, contractor coordination, programme scheduling, delivery monitoring, and project close-out.
Ensure all retrofit measures (Solar, Batteries & ventilation improvements) are delivered in line with quality, compliance, and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships and ensure regular communication with installers
