We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated female Telecaller Executive to join our team in Ambattur. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or telecalling, preferably related to credit card products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Cold Calling:** Reach out to potential customers through phone calls to introduce credit card offerings and generate interest.
– **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of various credit card products to effectively address customer queries and promote benefits.
– **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers, provide detailed information about features and services, and assist them in understanding how our products meet their needs.
– **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify leads by gathering information and noting customer preferences, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
– **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls to interested prospects to encourage application submission and maintain relationship building.
– **Sales Reporting:** Document calls, update customer details, and track sales progress in the system to maintain accurate records.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively. A strong sales orientation is crucial, along with an ability to handle objections and convert calls into successful sales. Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management systems will be beneficial.
