– **Document Management:** Maintain and organize files, documents, and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality of sensitive information.
– **Office Coordination:** Assist in daily office tasks, such as ordering supplies and liaising with vendors, to ensure smooth operational flow.
– **Communication Liaison:** Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
