Job Description
Work Conditions
- Starting wage: $18.75/hour, with an increase to $23.62/hour after a successful probation period
- Steady daytime schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., so you can enjoy your evenings
- 10 vacation days plus 13 paid holidays

On the daily, you will:
- Participate in cross-training across various departments;
- Perform product testing and/or gauging when necessary;
- Ensure timely handling and distribution of products;
- Promote and support a respectful and collaborative workplace;
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles;
- Follow Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and the Quality Manual;
- Interpret bills of materials, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Qualifications
Technical Skills/Attributes:
- High School Diploma, GED Equivalent, and/or 1 – 3 years work experience.
