Job Description
As an Airport Ground Staff member in Kolkata, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent service to passengers. This full-time position is open to freshers who have completed their 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Passenger Assistance**: Help travelers with check-in processes, baggage handling, and boarding, ensuring they have a pleasant experience at the airport.
2. **Baggage Handling**: Safely manage luggage loading and unloading, making sure that all bags are transported correctly and efficiently.
3. **Information Services**: Provide accurate information about flights, schedules, and services to passengers, helping them navigate the airport.
4. **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff, and assist in emergencies if required.
5. **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with other staff members, including pilots, cabin crew, and security personnel, to ensure all operations run smoothly.
