Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruitment Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and delivering training programs to ensure successful onboarding and employee development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing and assessing candidates.
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation to ensure the selection of the right talent.
• Effective Communication skills, including written and verbal, for engaging with candidates and team members.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective Training programs to support onboarding and skill development.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
