Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)Consultant with 4-8 years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Solution Manager functionalities.
• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing SAP landscapes, integrating business processes, and enhancing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Solution Manager Implementation Configuration: Design, implement, and support SAP Solution Manager 7.2 functionalities, including ChaRM, ITSM, Solution Documentation, System Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, and Test Management.
• Configure Change Request Management (ChaRM) for transport management and release planning. Set up IT Service Management (ITSM) for incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Integrate Solution Documentation for business process management and landscape documentation.
• Should have ALM knowledge System Monitoring Performance Optimization: Configure and optimize Technical Monitoring (System, DB, Host, and Application Monitoring) .
• Set up End-to-End Root Cause Analysis (E2E RCA) to diagnose system issues.
• Manage Business Process Monitoring and ensure efficient operations.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices for SAP landscapes.
• Testing Deployment: Configure Test Suite for test automation, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Support Custom Code Management (CCM) and Business Process Change Analyzer (BPCA) to analyze the impact of system changes.
• Manage transport requests and deployments using CTS+ and ChaRM .
• Collaboration Stakeholder Management: Work closely with SAP Basis, Functional, and Development teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Engage with business users to gather requirements and optimize SolMan functionalities .
• Provide end-user training and create documentation for key SAPSolMan processes.
• Required Skills Qualifications: 4-8 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager with at least two full-cycle SolMan implementations .
• Expertise in ChaRM, ITSM, System Monitoring, BPCA, andTest Management .
• Hands-on experience in Solution Documentation and BusinessProcess Monitoring .
• Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, NetWeaver, and integrationwith third-party tools .
• Proficiency in HANA, S/4HANA, and Cloud-based SAPsolutions is a plus.
• Experience in CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and FocusedRun (FRUN) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
• SAP Solution Manager Certification is a plus.
• BASIS and Security knowledge is a great advantage
• Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP Solution Manager ITIL v4 Certification (for ITSM processes) Education Qualificaiton Bachelor Degree
