Customer Acquisition: Actively source new customers through telecalling .

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly targets for new credit card applications set by management.

Product Promotion: Explain the features, benefits, and interest rates of various credit card products.

Relationship Management: Build relationships with customers and ensure high-quality, compliant sales.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Education: 10th pass, Diploma holders, or any graduate.

Experience: Above 1 year in direct sales, banking, or financial services .

Skills: Good communication, strong persuasion/negotiation skills, and a result-oriented approach.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: 25k per month plus Incentive.

Incentives: High performance-based incentives.
