About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Bradford, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient Family Medicine role serving patients of all ages within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves rural Pennsylvania and western New York communities. The focus is on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits, with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options available. This position offers the opportunity to practice community-focused medicine with strong provider support.
Requirements
- MD or DO from accredited medical school REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Pennsylvania and/or New York medical license REQUIRED or eligible to obtain
- Commitment to patient-centered outpatient care REQUIRED
- New graduates welcome
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Manage preventive care, chronic disease treatment, and acute care visits
- Average patient volume of 16–20 patients daily
- Opportunity to perform office procedures based on experience and preference
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR platform
