About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time outpatient LPN role supporting providers in an organized clinical environment. The position offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care across all age groups with a stable weekday-only schedule, no weekends, and no call responsibilities. You will join a collaborative care team with a strong support staff structure in a mission-focused outpatient healthcare environment prioritizing quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse license REQUIRED
- Ability to work with patients across all age groups REQUIRED
- Strong teamwork and communication skills REQUIRED
- Organized and patient-focused clinical approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Support providers within outpatient clinical setting
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care for patients across the lifespan
- Assist with clinical workflows and patient coordination
- Maintain organized documentation and clinical support functions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary outpatient care team
