About The Position
This is an outpatient behavioral health role focused on assessments, diagnoses, and therapy services. The position offers a manageable patient volume averaging approximately 5 patients daily, with an opportunity for hybrid scheduling and remote flexibility. Clinicians will have autonomy in their clinical approach, supported by full administrative and support staff assistance in a mission-driven behavioral health environment that emphasizes quality patient relationships and provider balance.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license REQUIRED
- Completion of board-approved supervision pathway REQUIRED if applicable
- Experience providing assessments, diagnoses, and therapy REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently within outpatient behavioral health setting REQUIRED
- Newly licensed clinicians welcome
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses
- Provide outpatient therapy services and ongoing patient treatment
- Manage stable outpatient caseload with focus on continuity of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams
- Maintain patient-centered documentation and treatment planning
